LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 6º.- Entrega de información. La información sobre normas básicas de competencia de las entidades, funciones, regulaciones, procedimientos y trámites ante las distintas dependencias deberá estar disponible al público a través de los mecanismos de difusión electrónica de que disponga la respectiva autoridad. En ningún caso, se requerirá la presencia personal del interesado para obtener esta información, la cual podrá ser suministrada telefónicamente o enviada, si así se solicita, por correo a su costa.
