ARTICULO 17 . Continuidad del Servicio. - Para los efectos previstos en el régimen de indemnizaciones o bonificaciones, el tiempo de servicio continuo se contabilizará a partir de la fecha de la última o la única vinculación del empleado con el Ministerio de Comunicaciones.
