Será obligado especialmente el inquilino:

1.° A conservar la integridad interior de las paredes, techos, pavimentos i cañerías, reponiendo las piedras, ladrillos i tejas que durante el arrendamiento se quiebren o se desencajen.;

2.° A reponer los cristales quebrados en las ventanas, puertas i tabiques;

3.° A mantener en estado de servicio las puertas, ventanas i cerraduras.

Se entenderá que ha recibido el edificio en buen estado, bajo todos estos respectos, a menos que se pruebe lo contrario.
