º En cuanto a los emolumentos del servicio consular en Europa, y mientras subsistan las circunstancias especiales debidas a las fluctuaciones del cambio internacional y a la baja del peso colombiano, estos emolumentos seguirán, con el aumento del cuarenta por ciento (40 por 100) dispuesto por el Decreto número 1939 de 24 de noviembre de 1933.
