Artículo único . Nómbrase Secretarios de Estado para los Despachos de Hacienda i Fomento i del Tesoro i Crédito nacional a los señores Cárlos Nicolás Rodríguez i Luis A. Róbles, respectivamente. Dése cuenta de estos nombramientos al Senado de Plenipotenciarios, para los fines constitucionales; i si se obtiene su aprobación, comuníquense a los nombrados.
