LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.3.3.3.17. Diseño de subastas para otras operaciones. Las entidades deberán diseñar subastas para la realización de operaciones distintas de las previstas en el presente Capítulo, cuando las mismas no puedan efectuarse bajo la modalidad de interadministrativa o a través de los sistemas de negociación de valores.

En todo caso, dicho diseño deberá contemplar los aspectos previstos para los diferentes tipos de subasta y subordinarse a lo señalado en el presente Capítulo.
