Los guardacostas no permanecerán en los puertos a que pertenezcan sino el tiempo necesario, a juicio del Administrador de la Aduana, para hacer las reparaciones que el estado del buque exija. En los demás puertos del litoral no excederá su permanencia del término de cuarenta y ocho horas.
