Abrece al Presupuesto de gastos de la actual vigencia el siguiente crédito extraordinario:

MINISTERIO DE CORREOS Y TELEGRAFOS

CAPITULO 61

Artículo 637 bis. Para pago de los sueldos, viáticos y demás gastos que ocasiones las Misiones Técnicas Postal y Telegráfica, contratadas en el Exterior, de acuerdo con la autorización que dio al Gobierno el artículo 1º de la Ley 57 de 1923, y el artículo 16 de la Ley 76 de 1914, la suma de $ 11,900.

Parágrafo

Esta Ley regirá desde su sanción.
