En la solicitud que se haga para la revisión y aprobación de las tarifas y reglamentos, los empresarios tienen la obligación de acompañar a éstas el extracto de la escritura social y certificación de la personería de quien hace la solicitud. Las compañías extranjeras presentarán el documento que acredite su legalización en Colombia.
