Art 2o. En lugar del Consulado general en la Isla Ceilán, de que se habla en la mencionada ley 15.a de 26 de Junio último, el Poder Ejecutivo nombrará tres Agentes agrícolas que recorran los países que se producen o se cultivan naturalmente las quinas, caucho, gutapercha, tabaco, sarrapia, café, cacao, vid, morera, adormideras, canela y demás plantas que produzcan frutos que puedan ser objeto de exportación en Colombia.
