º Los funcionarios que se encuentren conociendo los procesos penales que por esta decreto se adscriben a la Justicia Penal Militar, los remitirá de oficio o a solicitud de parte, en el estado en que se encuentren, según el territorio en que se haya cometido el delito, al Comando de la Armada, al de la Fuerza Aérea, al respectivo Comando de Brigada o a la Jefatura Civil y Militar de los Llanos Orientales.
