Los clubes con deportistas profesionales no podrán admitir como poseedores de acciones o derechos, a entidad pública alguna, dentro de los dos (2) años siguientes a la vigencia de este decreto, los clubes que en la actualidad registren una situación que contravenga esta prohibición, deberán adecuar debidamente su composición de capital.
