Cuando no se haya dado cumplimiento al artículo 7° de la Ley 46 de 1918 , en la expedición de los acuerdos municipales, las Gobernación del respectivo departamento o los intendentes o comisarios, en su caso, conminarán con multas sucesivas hasta de 5 pesos a cada uno de los miembros remisos del Consejo que estuvieren en ejercicio para que cumplan con una nueva obligación.
