CREACIÓN DE LA UNIDAD ADMINISTRATIVA ESPECIAL DE GESTIÓN DE RESTITUCIÓN DE TIERRAS DESPOJADAS. Créase la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión de Restitución de Tierras Despojadas por el término de diez (10) años, como una entidad especializada de carácter temporal, adscrita al Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural, con autonomía administrativa, personería jurídica y patrimonio independiente. Su domicilio está en la ciudad de Bogotá y contará con el número plural de dependencias que el Gobierno Nacional disponga, según lo requieran las necesidades del servicio
