Artículo sexto. La Administración y Pagaduría estarán a cargo de un Administrador-Pagador, con fianza, cuyas funciones serán

Manejo de los fondos y almacén del Instituto, pago de empleados y obreros.

Llevar archivo y correspondencia.

Efectuar las adquisiciones y hacer los pedidos de materiales y equipo de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el Decreto-ley número 2055 de 1947.
