En cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el numeral 1.3.5.8 de la Circular de la Superintendencia de Sociedades, a partir de la inscripción de la pérdida de la calidad INSTRUCCIONES A LAS CÁMARAS DE COMERCIO ANEXO 2 - INSTRUCTIVO PARA LOS CERTIFICADOS QUE EXPIDEN LAS CÁMARAS DE COMERCIO de comerciante no se causarán derechos de renovación de la matrícula mercantil.
