La ablación de órganos y componentes anatómicos deberá realizarse en local convenientemente acondicionado para la práctica de intervenciones quirúrgicas, a fin de garantizar su posterior utilización con fines terapéuticos salvo situaciones o técnicas que indiquen no ser necesario este requisito, pero asegurando en todos los casos las condiciones de asepsia.
