Modifíquese el artículo 432 del Decreto 390 de 2016, el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 432. Importación . La venta de mercancías al viajero que ingrese del exterior al territorio aduanero nacional se considera una importación por el régimen de viajeros y no podrá exceder del cupo y condiciones establecidos en este régimen según lo previsto en este decreto. La mercancía que ingresa del exterior al depósito franco y posteriormente sale al territorio aduanero nacional deberá someterse a lo dispuesto en el Capítulo III del Título VI del presente decreto, y por lo tanto se considera importación”.
