Cédense por cinco años al Municipio de Ríohacha cien toneladas anuales de sal marítima, de las Salinas de Barlovento y Sotavento de dicha ciudad, para que destine el producto a contener los constantes avances del mar que la amenazan. El Gobierno reglamentará el modo como debe verificarse la cesión y la inversión del producto de la sal que se cede por este artículo.
