Artículo segundo. Ejercen actividades políticas de índole comunista quienes obedezcan órdenes, instrucciones o consignas de partidos o entidades comunistas extranjeros, o por cualesquiera medios preconicen o traten de implantar en la organización de la familia, de la sociedad o del Estado las doctrinas y métodos del comunismo internacional, o asistan con conocimiento de causa a juntas o reuniones de ese carácter, bien sea éste manifiesto o encubierto.
