Los directores seccionales de instrucción criminal podrán disponer la rotación de los juzgados de instrucción criminal, y el cambio de juzgados radicados en ambulantes, consultando las necesidades del servicio previamente establecidas. Los jueces en cuyos despachos, por virtud de la rotación, se incremente la planta de personal, deberán proveer los nuevos cargos con empleados pertenecientes al juzgado cuya nómina se redujo como consecuencia de dicha determinación.
