Cuando una vía de comunicación que sirve de límite entre dos entidades políticas se modifica o cuando se construya una vía de comunicación en la vecindad de uno de los tales límites se deberá proceder de hecho a la revisión de ellos, de conformidad con las disposiciones de la Ley 62 y del presente Decreto.
