La Dirección General de Crédito Público y Tesoro Nacional del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito público podrá servir como proveedor de liquidez en los sistemas de compensación y liquidación de operaciones en los que esta participe, limitado al valor total de las garantías depositadas en estos sistemas.
