Conforme a lo previsto en el artículo 12 de la Ley 21 de 1931.los abogados autorizados para ejercer la profesión de abogado pueden acreditar por escrito a sus dependientes, a fin de que en las Secretarías de las Oficinas judiciales y administrativas se les muestren los expedientes y se les suministren los datos que pidan. La autorización sólo puede darse hasta a tres empleados o dependientes, y para que ella produzca efectos es indispensable que sea refrendada por el respectivo de la oficina.
