Establécese la cooperación de la Nación en la cantidad de un millón de pesos ($ 1'000.000.00), para la construcción de la Iglesia y de la Unidad Parroquial, en el Municipio de El Cerrito, cantidad ésta que se entregará a la Parroquia mediante las garantías de manejo, inversión, y rendición de cuentas en la forma exigida por la Contraloría General de la República.
