A partir del 1º de enero de 1982, las escalas de remuneración para las distintas clases de empleos de la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones establecidas en el presente Decreto se incrementará en un veintisiete por ciento (27%), porcentaje que podrá ser revisado si de acuerdo con las estadísticas del Dane, los índices de inflación lo superan.
