Article 1

El Consejo Seccional Del Fondo De Desarrollo Comunal En El Distrito Especial De Bogotá, Estará Integrado De La Siguiente Manera: 1º El Alcalde Del Distrito Especial De Bogotá, Quien Lo Presidirá 2º Un Funcionario De La Dirección General De Integración Y Desarrollo De La Comunidad Del Ministerio De Gobierno

º El Consejo Seccional del Fondo de Desarrollo Comunal en el Distrito Especial de Bogotá, estará integrado de la siguiente manera: 1º El Alcalde del Distrito Especial de Bogotá, quien lo presidirá 2º Un funcionario de la Dirección General de Integración y Desarrollo de la Comunidad del Ministerio de Gobierno. 3º El Jefe de la Oficina de Planeación Distrital. 4º Un representante de las Juntas de Acción Comunal del Distrito, y 5º Dos delegados del Presidente de la República.

Parágrafo

El funcionario de la Dirección General de Integración y Desarrollo de la Comunidad del Ministerio de Gobierno, hará las veces de Secretario del Consejo.
