°. Alcance. La presente reglamentación no aplica a los bienes que en espacios terrestres se encuentren por debajo del nivel freático. Tampoco aplica a aquellos bienes que se encuentren en áreas o terrenos de bajamar. Los bienes que hayan sido extraídos de aguas marinas, lacustres o fluviales antes de la expedición de la Ley 1675 de 2013, se regirán por las normas generales asociadas al Patrimonio Cultural de la Nación.
