Art. 1.° Los Telegrafistas, Ayudantes i Escribientes de las Oficinas de Bogotá, Puente-Nacional, Socorro, Sanjil, Bucaramanga, Pamplona i Chinácota, serán remunerados por el mayor trabajo de sus Oficinas a causa de la calamidad aludida, en el mes trascurrido del 18 de mayo al 18 del presente mes, cada año con una cantidad igual a la tercera parte de la del sueldo mensual de que hoi disfrutan.
