Contra dicha providencia proceden el recurso de reposición ante el mismo Consejo y el de apelación ante el Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingeniería y Arquitectura, dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la fecha de notificación personal o de la desfijación del edicto; recurso que deberá hacerse por escrito, con puntualización de los hechos o afirmaciones en que esté de acuerdo el recurrente.
