º Elimínase la Superintendencia de la Canalización. De todos los elementos de ésta se formará un inventario riguroso para su entrega a los Ingenieros contratistas del arreglo del río Magdalena. Los talleres, almacenes y demás dependencias de la Canalización serán puestos, mientras tanto, al cuidado de celadores responsables bajo la vigilancia del Interventor, con excepción de las dragas Magdalena, Concordia y Ospina, las cuales se destinan, por ahora, al transporte de cargamentos oficiales de acuerdo con la reglamentación que dé a ese servicio el Ministerio de Obras Públicas.
