Lista de elegibles. Las entidades territoriales darán prioridad al nombramiento de docentes y directivos docentes que aún figuren en las listas de elegibles de los concursos realizados por el Instituto Colombiano para el Fomento de la Educación Superior, ICFES, y que no hayan sido incorporados a las plantas de personal docente, en el momento de entrar en vigencia la presente Ley. Tales nombramientos se harán en estricto orden según el puntaje obtenido en dichos concursos, siempre y cuando se llenen los requisitos del Estatuto Docente.
