Articulo 25 . La distribución y asignación de las contribuciones de valorización a los propietarios de inmuebles beneficiados por la construcción de una obra se harán por medio de resolución motivada expedida por el Consejo Directivo de la Corporación, contra la cual procede el recurso de reposición ante el Consejo Directivo de la Corporación, tal como se reglamenta en el capitulo IV, sección III del presente Decreto.
