Artículo primero . A partir del primero (1°) de enero de 1964, modifícase la estructura y suprímense los cargos de la Rama Administrativa del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, establecidos por los Decretos números 1711, 1810 y 2313 de 1960, 1499, 79, 1105 y 2110 de 1961.
