º . Liquidación de intereses . Los intereses de mora a cargo del deudor tributario por las obligaciones fiscales administradas por la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales, que sean objeto de cruce de cuentas por el presente decreto, se liquidarán de conformidad con los artículos 634, 635, 814 y 814-3 del Estatuto Tributario, hasta la fecha en que la obligación a cargo de la entidad estatal deudora y en favor del particular, adquirió la condición de ser clara, expresa y exigible.
