Créase en el Circuito Civil de Medellín un Juzgado que se designará como Juzgado Sexto del Circuito Civil de Medellín y que estará integrado por el mismo personal y gozará de las mismas asignaciones que correspondan a los Juzgados de su clase en el mismo Circuito.
