Apruébanse los Estatutos de la Corporación Regional de Desarrollo de Urabá "CORPOURABA", cuyo texto es el siguiente: "ACUERDO NUMERO 069 D E 1973 (febrero 26) La Junta Directiva de la Corporación Regional de Desarrollo de Urabá -CORPOURABA-, en uso de las atribuciones que le confieren los Decretos extraordinarios números 2420 y 3130 de 1968, el Decreto 1100 de 1969, y el artículo 26 del Decreto número 1050 de 1968, ACUERDA:
