º. Las facultades que se le confieren a la representante legal del Fondo Nacional de Calamidades para adelantar el proceso de escrituración pendiente, se otorgan por una sola vez y, en consecuencia los poseedores de los inmuebles cuya titulación no se lleve a cabo dentro del término previsto en el presente Decreto, deberán acudir a la jurisdicción ordinaria para legalizar la propiedad sobre los mismos.
