Los Oficiales de las Fuerzas Militares hasta el grado de Teniente, inclusive, o su equivalencia en la Armada, podrán cambiar, por una sola vez, de arma o Servicio en el Ejército, de Cuerpo en la Armada y de Especialidad en la Fuerza Aérea, como también pasar de una fuerza a otra, previo concepto del Comando de la respectiva Fuerza y de la Junta Asesora del Ministerio de Guerra.
