Artículo primero. Autorízase a los establecimientos educativos, para evaluar y calificar las Cátedras Bolivarianas y Mutis, como asignatura independientes o como materias integradas, respectivamente, a las asignaturas de Historia, Ciencia y Biología en el nivel de Educación Básica Secundaria, y filosofía y Química en el nivel de Educación Media y Vocacional, efectuando los promedios correspondientes.
