Terminada la visita y hechas las comprobaciones de rigor, el funcionario levantará un acta que firmarán las partes que intervinieron en esta diligencia. Con base en el acta de visita se procederá a autorizar el funcionamiento del establecimiento, y a efectuar la inscripción del mismo o a negar la solicitud.
