A partir de la fecha de vigencia del presente decreto, todas las entidades compradoras de energía o potencia eléctricas en bloque, cancelarán las cuentas que por estos conceptos se causen, dentro de los sesenta (60) días siguientes a la fecha, de facturación por parte del vendedor.
