Órganos de dirección y administración de la liquidación . La Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Santa Marta - Telesantamarta S.A., ESP en Liquidación, tendrá como órgano de dirección un Liquidador. El Liquidador de la Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Santa Marta - Telesantamarta S.A., ESP en Liquidación será la Fiduciaria La Previsora S.A. quien asumirá sus funciones a partir de la fecha de suscripción del correspondiente contrato.
