Artículo noveno. El total de las utilidades líquidas que produjere la importación de azúcar, o sea la diferencia entre el precio de costo y el precio de venta, será abonado por la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, a una cuenta provisional a favor del Gobierno Nacional.
