El Notario ante quien se otorgue una escritura de adopción, extenderá y firmará un acta en el registro en los mismos términos establecidos en el Artículo 31 de este decreto, con las modificaciones que la naturaleza del acto exija, y dará aviso a la oficina en donde se encuentre el acta de nacimiento del adoptado, para la anotación respectiva.
