Art. 11. El día en que deba verificarse la instalación concurrirán los miembros de cada Cámara al local señalado a las doce del día y se instalarán en junta preparatoria, presididos por el individuo que señale el respectivo reglamento. El Presidente nombrara un Secretario de la Junta que debe ser miembro de la Cámara.
