La multa de que trata el parágrafo del artículo 1º de la presente Ley se aplicará también a todas aquellas personas naturales o jurídicas que no cumplieren con la obligación de asegurar a los empleados u obreros que tengan derecho al seguro según las leyes vigentes. Dicha multa se impondrá por el Ministerio de Industrias mediante información sumaria, e ingresará al Tesoro Nacional.
