Las droguerías, farmacias y demás establecimientos autorizados para la venta de productos medicinales, serán sancionados con multas de cien a mil pesos ($100 a $1.000) y aun con la clausura del establecimiento al incurrirse en violaciones a las disposiciones de esta Ley.

Parágrafo

Con multas de cien a mil pesos ($100 a $1.000) y al mismo tiempo con suspensión de seis (6) meses a dos (2) años, serán sancionados los farmacéuticos que participen de las violaciones de la presente Ley.
