Artículo doce . El certificado judicial y de policía con anotaciones sobre "buena conducta y entradas y salidas" que soliciten los extranjeros, se expedirá en el formato que determine la Jefatura del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad, tendrá un valor de expedición de doscientos pesos ($ 200.00) que el interesado cancelará en favor del Fondo Rotatorio del DAS, y no será refrendable.
