Art. 78. Los Gobernadores hará los nombramientos de Rectores y demás empleados interiores de los Institutos de Instrucción Pública secundaria de los Departamentos, como también los de Profesores de los mismos, debiendo someter á la aprobación del Gobierno los nombramientos de Rectores, Tesoreros y Catedráticos.

Parágrafo

Serán nombrados directamente por el Gobierno los Rectores y demás empleados de los Colegios públicos subvencionados por éste de acuerdo con la Ley 92 de 1888.
